Arrival and Departure

Punctuality is crucial. School begins with assembly, and all children must arrive 5 minutes before the bell. If unavoidable circumstances delay you, please inform us. Frequent latecomers will be sent home. If late due to unforeseen reasons, guardians must fill in the reason in the school diary. Early arrivals should wait with their child until we are ready. For late pickups, contact us in advance. Do not park in front of the gate. Parents are responsible for their children on school premises after pickup.

Absence

If absent, a letter must be sent to the principal and a note to the class teacher. For extended illness, submit a medical certificate. Returning after an infectious disease requires a doctor certified clearance. Keep contact information up to date. Regular attendance is essential for your child’s development.

Clothing

Children should wear freshly laundered uniforms, clean socks, and polished shoes. Avoid sending expensive jewellery. Label all personal belongings. Lost items are kept for 3 weeks before being donated.

Snacks

Each floor has a snack corner. We encourage healthy eating; avoid sending junk food and creamy cakes.

Parent-Teacher Interaction

Cooperation and communication between parents and the school are vital. While we organize meetings frequently throughout the year, parents can request appointments anytime. Teachers may also schedule meetings if needed.

Class Placement and Promotion

Examinations are held in September and February. Promotion decisions are final, taken after an assessment of the emotional, social, and academic development of the child. No tests will be held outside scheduled dates. Minimum attendance of 95% is required for promotion. Progress reports must be signed and returned promptly. Failing twice in the same class means leaving the school.

Issuing of Certificates

A written application is required 24 hours in advance for issuing certificates, available only during working hours.

Privacy

We respect the privacy of our students and staff by keeping personal information confidential.

Environmental Materials

If a child takes school toys or materials home, please return them the next day.
